Listening Post is a space where you can talk about anything that’s on your mind and our volunteers will listen – with empathy and without judgement. Stress, uncertainty, WFH - they all take a toll on your mental well-being. Lock-down challenges, loss of productivity, social isolation, care-giving stress, uncertainties of future…all add to our stress and anxiety. While we slowly return to our new normal and adjust to it, we have an uphill task of not letting it take a toll on our mental health. Speak to our volunteers on the phone to seek clarity and become calm and confident about the future. This is completely confidential and anonymity will be maintained.
