pc grand theft auto v - Epic Games - GTA 5 download speed stuck at 0 - Arqade

I started downloading GTA V on EPIC GAMES. After a while I was getting a constant 0 speed with minor spikes. It's been 4 days and the speed is still stagnant. What should I do ?

I am downloading GTA 5 94GB from epic games store, it will take me days to download it, will my ISP decrease my internet speed since I am using it too much
