Winemaker notes: Made with mostly Chardonnay, along with a little Pinot Noir and Poulsard. The wine rests on its fine lees for 8 months and undergoes full malolactic fermentation before resting on its lees for 24 months. The wine is then disgorged and bottled without dosage. Brut nature. Only 12 bottles allocated to us.
