Pokemon Ultra Sun) game always crashes at this cutscene - Citra Support - Citra Community

Issue: Whenever i start the game after selecting the language i go to the professor kukui cutscene which runs for about half a second before the game ultimately crashes. i have tried turning off the hardware shader but still the fps drops drastically, specifically when a pokemon comes onto the screen.
