Bleach has been one of the most popular anime series in recent memory. Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, the manga has sold over 130 million copies. After the anime series came to a halt in 2012, new episodes are finally on the way. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will begin airing in 2022. During a panel at the Los Angeles Anime Expo on July 3, the first key visual and trailer for the new series were revealed along with additional cast members. Prior to the October premiere, an advanced screening will be held, and more information about the Blu-ray box set will be released in the coming months. The key visual shows 29 popular characters from the series, and longtime fans are sure to be pumped to see their favorites returning to the small screen!
