A TV anime adaptation of Iori Miyazawa's sci-fi yuri novel series Urasekai Picnic (Otherside Picnic) was announced by Hayakawa Shobo on Thursday. Eita Mizuno began serializing a manga adaptation in monthly Shounen Gangan magazine in February 2018. Square Enix will publish the fourth compiled volume on March 12. J-Novel Club licensed the novel in English last July for digital release. The third volume is planned for an April 12 release.
