The Ridden, Back 4 Blood Wiki

The Ridden are the formerly human hosts of the Devil Worm parasite, which turned them into terrifying creatures bent on devouring what remains of civilization. They are the enemies of humanity and the Cleaners in Back 4 Blood. The Ridden were normal humans who contracted the Devil Worm parasite that spread through the entire world.
