Pokemon Ultra Sun crashing after Rockruff jumps down in intro - Citra Support - Citra Community

Issue: When I try playing pokemon ultra sun, Game freezes right after the introduction with professor Kukui. Rockruff jumps down from Kukui and game freezes with his tail in the air. This is my first report since I’m new to citra. But I hope I did everything right.
