Rate my tactic. Playing in Finnish premier league. We score the most goals in the league but we also concede a few too much (6th best in the league on conceded goals).

Placed my tactic on Rate my tactic, when I select counter and counter press TI, then say my attacking and defensive transitions are too slow. What do they mean by that?
