Nightmare Balloon Boy is a mini-boss from FNaF World Simulator, with its origin coming from Five Night's at Freddy's 4. This character can located at the bottom of the Lilygear Lake, and benefits for defeating Nightmare BB will give you access to the Fourth Button Guardian. Finding Nightmare BB is pretty complicated. He is located at the very bottom of the Lilygear Lake, and the player must find the way to get to him, which is very hard, as you will have to constantly between normal and submerge
