It had to happen eventually. The Vampire Diaries was basically the only CW show in history to not have a kiss in the rain, until the Nov. 13 episode, that is. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) tried to make Elena (Nina Dobrev) remember how in love they were -- but it brought up one of their most romantic times ever. Unfortunately, don't count on seeing that happen again.
