RELAX Allow yourself to take breaks such as enjoying a nature walk, taking a long bubble bath, or getting a manicure, pedicure, or massage. DISPLAY COMPLIMENTS If you receive a compliment from an agent, editor, or published author, display the e-mail or letter where you can read it again when you feel discouraged.
