Droobuskian Toxel is a regional variant of Toxel and a pokemon from the first generation of Pokemon Honor and Pokemon Pride. It belongs to the Droobusk region and it's a Dragon/Dark type. Droobuskian Toxel is described as the Puppet Dragon. Droobuskian Toxel is catchable in the Wammy Orphenage. It evolves into Droobuskian Toxtricity at level 35. It is said that when Toxel arrived in the Droobusk region,it lost its group. So one day,a man took it with him in the Wammy Orphenage to take care of it
